About PowerNow Generators

Power Now was established in 2005, but we go back much further than that. Starting out in 1988. The owners originally owed and operated the first AAA approved RV collision and mechanical repair shop in the USA. As a result of being in an industry where recreational vehicles are usually equipped with an on board generator to provide power when camping or on the road traveling to their destination.

In 2002 we became an authorized dealer and warranty repair center for Generac RV generators. Around 2007 we noticed a shift in the RV industry to make Onan generators the preferred choice of generators for the RV industry.

But we continued to service them as their dealer network dropped off.

In 2005, we became a Generac Home Stand By dealer and warranty service dealer. Having warranty service work coming from retailers like Home Depot, we handled several of their stores Generac clients. When the failures became to overwhelming, and customers who were very unhappy with their units due to flaws in electronics and engines, we decided to abandon this brand altogether.

We shortly there after developed a relationship with Briggs & Stratton who were just getting into the home generator business. We have been affialated whith them ever since. You might pay more for this brands units, but you get what you pay for. As I always tell customers ” a good generator won’t be cheap, and a cheap generator won’t necessarily be good”.

We are proud to represent Briggs & Stratton, Champion Power Products and Winco generators.

We have offices in Palm Beach County Florida and in Hull Massachusetts.
